Our products are made out of durable and versatile materials, which makes them easy to maintain.
Yes, jute is a strong and durable material. Since our products are handmade, we recommend hand washing them for longer durability.
It is normal for jute to crease when washed or folded. Use a standard iron to iron your product to get rid of creases in your product.
We pre-wash all our fabrics to ensure that the colors do not run when washed.
Because our products are each hand made, color and pattern variations are to be expected and celebrated.
This is why we love our products: no two are exactly alike, and each product has been lovingly and carefully made from start to finish by an entire community of rural makers.
We try hard to get your purchase to you as quickly and inexpensively as possible!
For India: We offer free shipping on all orders over ₹3500, after promotional discounts are applied and excluding tax.
Otherwise, shipping costs are a flat ₹100 applied at purchase time and will be included in the final price.
Orders are sent via Standard Shipping. Please allow 5 -8 days for orders to arrive.
For the US and Europe: We offer free shipping on all orders over $80, after promotional discounts are applied and excluding tax.
Otherwise, shipping costs are a flat $5 applied at purchase time and will be included in the final price.

In case your order gets cancelled, you will receive an email about the cancellation, and you will be refunded for any cancelled items. To place a new order or to enquire about a cancelled order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org

Refunds and returns
Please note that our products are handmade by artisans in rural India, making each piece unique. Small variations should be expected.
It is very important for us that you are happy with your Ohrna purchase!
In case you are not completely satisfied for any reason, please get in touch with our team at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of your purchase and we will work with you to fulfill your refund or exchange.
We may not always be able to do an exchange, as many of our pieces are unique but we will work with you for a refund if we are unable to do an exchange. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, however.
When sending back your items, please use the original packaging to make sure your return arrives back to us in new condition. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Kindly also ensure that your item is unused and in the same condition that you received it!
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit (minus shipping costs) will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Please give some time for your refund to come to you. If you still haven’t received the refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
