EDUCATION
Creating opportunities for those who never had any
Our makers are rural women who cannot get work without leaving their homes or villages. We specifically train and employ those who have never had the chance to learn and acquire a skill. The training, skills and materials we provide, give them a source of livelihood, financial independence and self-respect.
CRAFT
Preserving & promoting craft traditions of India
Kantha embroidery originated in the homes of common folks of Bengal & is perhaps the simplest form of embroidery. In spite of its simplicity, it has a rich and elegant look. We apply kantha on jute to bring preserve this craft, and to add a layer of delicate beauty to contrast textured jute.
SUSTAINABILITY
Practicing sustainability, every step of the way
We believe it is important to know where your materials come from, and think about where they will go after their use. We primarily use jute, which is a plant-based material that biodegrades more quickly than most other materials, providing nutrition to the soil.

Ensuring every product meets our strict quality standards
